Snacks are a great way to refuel. Choose snacks from different food groups -- a glass of low-fat milk and a few graham crackers, an apple or celery sticks with peanut butter and raisins, or some dry cereal. If you eat smart at other meals, cookies, chips and candy are okay for occasional snacking.

Each machine features a heavy-duty powder-coated steel frame, commercial components, and high-quality sealed bearings. Stepper is specially designed to allow for multiple resistance and speed settings to accommodate multiple users. Recumbent Bike includes 2 sets of handlebars and is the smallest full-featured, commercial-quality bike on the market featuring full adjustments and detailed feedback. Rower features a safety back stop that effectively ensures proper posture while user is rowing. Moonwalkerdevelops balance and coordination while helping maintain user's heart rate during a circuit. Treadmill features a heavy-duty 2.5 hp motor and an extra-wide, 20" belt and low handrails for safety. Elliptical features specially designed gripping handles bent at a 90º angle for extra stability and adjustable-tension pedals. The Elliptical, Recumbent Bike, Stepper, Rower, and Treadmill include an easy-to-use computer with simple functions. All machines ship fully assembled. Truck delivery.
