 Returns

Kidsfit returns are very unlikely. In the event of returns, Kidsfit charges a 20% restocking fee based on MSRP and customer is responsible for return shipping costs pre-paid. Return period is 30 days after receipt of shipment.

Please note, any items damaged in shipment must be notated on the Bill of Lading prior to acceptance. If the item was received damaged and was notated on the bill of lading, Kidsfit is happy to repair or send replacement parts at our discretion, at no charge to you.                   

Colors

Paint colors may vary and are subject to change from time to time.  


Warranty

10 year frame warranty, 5 years on all bearings, 2 years on all moving parts

 Purchase Orders


Fax # 866-730- 2419 or email to orders@kidsfit.com. Kidsfit will confirm receipt of the purchase order and get back to you on an estimated ship date. Shipping time is typically between 3-6 weeks depending on size of the order. 


 International Terms

Pre-Payment via Credit Card or Wire Transfer


As an international carrier, it is most cost efficient to use your own freight broker who can provide competitive shipping quote rates. Kidsfit will provide you with all of the shipping dimensions so that you will be able to request a freight quote for
inquiring customers. If customer prefers, Kidsfit has contracts with common carriers, providing a discounted rate. We are happy to provide a
shipping estimate for you, if you decide to use our carrier. 


 Shipping

Most products are shipped via freight, and require a lift gate. Upon placing the order, Kidsfit must be made aware of any special shipping instructions, such as: liftgate service required, inside delivery, limited access delivery, delivery appt. etc. Please check for any freight damage prior to signing for the package. In order to avoid charges, the customer must REFUSE shipment and send back with the carrier. If the customer accepts the package, Kidsfit can not be responsible for freight damages. 


Service


All of our is equipment is built for high frequency use and is EXTREMELY durable. We rarely have service issues—Kidsfit equipment is practically bulletproof. However, if you do experience service issues, Kidsfit is happy to diagnose the issue and promptly get your unit back to perfect working condition!
