Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned must be packaged in original packaging, including: Pallet, Zip Tied to pallet, foam and plastic wrapped, and boxed and marked as non-stackable. Packing slip visible on outside of box.   Please note, any items damaged in shipment must be notated on the Bill of Lading prior to acceptance. If the item was received damaged and was notated on the bill of lading, Kidsfit is happy to repair or send replacement parts at our discretion, at no charge to you.  [Service](https://www.youthfit.com/return-policy#section1b) All of our is equipment is built for high frequency use and is extremely durable. We rarely have service issues—Kidsfit equipment is practically bulletproof. However, if you do experience service issues, Kidsfit is happy to diagnose the issue and promptly get your unit back to perfect working condition!  PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW TO SUBMIT YOUR SERVICE ISSUE. Please Note: Kidsfit is unable to diagnose a service issue without an image of the product. Even if the image is not a visual problem, the service team must identify which model of equipment you have purchased. If you have purchased the product through a dealer, you must contact the dealer directly. [Warranty](https://www.youthfit.com/return-policy#accordion1c) All orders direct through manufacturer include an extended warranty:  10 year frame, 5 years on all bearings, 2 years on all moving parts. Labor, Pedal straps, foam grips, ear sensors and small pieces not covered. Upon placing the order, Kidsfit must be made aware of any special shipping instructions, such as: liftgate service required, inside delivery, limited access delivery, delivery appt. etc. Shipping times vary and we cannot guarantee an exact date. Please check for any freight damage prior to signing for the package. If the freight is damaged, in order to avoid charges, the customer must REFUSE shipment and send back with the carrier. If the customer accepts and signs for the package, Kidsfit can not be responsible for freight damages.
