Helicopter Spin

Spining is the action of moving in a circle to the right, and then to the left. Stress spinning at a speed that is comfortable, staying on their feet (not falling) and how to freeze when they get dizzy. The child will naturally spin to one direction so it is important to have them freeze when they are dizzy and then spin in the opposite direction.
