Upright Bike utilizing the flip chart. Teachers slide different academic content into the charts (vocab words, math facts, state capitols, etc.)
601 Elementary Elliptical ( Ex: student moves on the elliptical while answering review questions that their partner is reciting)
Ab Crunch Machine (Ex: Student does 1 ab crunch each time they answer a review question, as seen on the flip chart attachment)
Labs include Cardio, Strength, and Kinesthetic Desks. Each piece acts as a station, as students rotate every few minutes.
Classes can rotate throughout the day in 30 minute sessions to study before a test, go over math facts, or after schoolwork. Students and Teachers can get work done while exercising-- this is proven to enhance academic performance, concentration, and memory retention

The Labs are supervised by adults who have attended the Kinesthetic Classroom training course.
Labs include Jumbo Wall Mounts and Active Brain Posters. The posters act as another information source for kinesthetic learners. These are great visual aids for teachers and students.
